One of the operating specialties of Stuart’s work is being a steadicam operator. It is complimented to Andrew’s history as a 1st AC and focus puller for a number of steadicam operators, including NFL Films. These skill sets match well together and allow us to create as a team on projects ranging in scope from day-players to full in-house productions. We consider camera movement an important part of the visual language in cinematography. Each moment and story can be impacted with the right choice. In addition to the steadicam, our in-house arsenal for movement also includes an easy-rig, jib, motorized slider, shoulder rigs, dolly/track and gimbal.

Studio and Lighting
The Ground Work studio is a 3,000 sq. foot sound stage located on 3 fenced acres. The space is secure with camera and security systems and includes a large infinity space(30 x 40) with lighting grid(30 kinos) as well as other background and set areas. We utilize this space for many productions from product commercials, music videos, narrative films and photo shoots. Having the ability and regular luxury to work in a controlled environment with 20′ ceilings and plenty of space allows efficient execution of our projects and has contributed to an expanded inspiration in our work. It is more than just a sound stage for us, it is a canvas that we use to explore deeper into our ideas and creativity.
Our lighting and grip equipment is large enough to accomplish most of the in-house work we do. In addition to a 1/2 ton grip package, we also carry the following lights;
